They have created technology that disguises sounds within fields of audible sounds. This is liken to subliminal messages in self-help tapes. However, they have managed to create the devices to control the path of the sound to a specific target. They call it Hypersonic Sound Technology, and while they do not specifically reveal application of surveillance, they have a picture of a uniformed officer projecting his voice through a megaphone to a (what looks like) apartment! Beware the coming Police State. I believe they are incorporating these devices in Computers so they can project demands on internet arm chair activists.
